Shri. Narang Laji graduated in Law from Law Centre-II, Delhi University and joined the Arunachal Pradesh Judicial Service (APJS) as Grade-III officer in the year 2018. He was then promoted to Grade-II Officer and is currently posted as Secretary, District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Tirap district and additional charge as Judicial Magistrate First Class-cum-Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Khonsa, Tirap District, Arunachal Pradesh.
